Shipping Policy
We want your TheraHush in your hands as quickly as possible, so you can start your nightly relief without waiting. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.
After you place your order, give us 1 to 2 business days to carefully pack and prepare it for shipment. You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number the moment it leaves our warehouse.
If you order on a weekend or holiday, processing begins the next business day.
Shipping Times Within the United States
We ship from our U.S. warehouse using trusted carriers like USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Standard Shipping (Free): 5 to 12 business days after processing.
Express Shipping: 4 to 10 business days after processing. Available at checkout for an additional fee.
Once your order ships, delivery times depend on your location and the carrier. Most customers receive their TheraHush within 7 to 10 business days from the day they ordered.
International Shipping
We currently ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia.
International Standard Shipping: 10 to 14 business days after processing.
International orders may be subject to local customs fees, duties, or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges are determined by your country and are not included in your order total.
Tracking Your Order
Every order comes with a tracking number, sent to the email you used at checkout.
If you haven't received your tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order, check your spam folder first. If it's not there, reach out to us at usazzure@gmail.com and we'll send it to you right away.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but hasn't arrived, please wait 24 to 48 hours, as carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered slightly early.
If it still hasn't shown up, or if your package arrives damaged, contact us at usazzure@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery date. Include your order number and a photo of the damage if applicable, and we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund.
Address Changes
If you entered the wrong address at checkout, email us at usazzure@gmail.com within 4 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to update it before the order ships.
Once an order has left our warehouse, we're unable to change the shipping address. In that case, you'll need to wait for the package to return to us before we can resend it to the correct address.
